BOOKING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please read the Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy below. By making a booking to attend a Nurture and Nourish Family Yoga Retreat you agree to all of these conditions and policies.

 

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payment must accompany the ‘Enrolment and Booking Details Form’ otherwise your booking may not be secured.

 

• Payment plans are available on application. If paying in instalments, the balance of the full fee for the program is required 14 days or more prior to the retreat commencing.

 

• Completion of the ‘Enrolment and Booking Details Form’ is necessary prior to the commencement of the Retreat to secure your place.

 

• A receipt confirming the details of your booking will be issued after payment has been received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

 

• If a booking is cancelled and a request for a refund is made, the request must be received in writing.

 

• For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the Retreat commencement a refund will be given less an administration fee of $55.00.

 

• For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the Retreat commencement a refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Retreat fee.

 

• For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the Retreat commencement a refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 75% of the total program fee.

 

• Refunds will not be given for partial attendance.

 

• Refunds will be paid at the completion of the program.

 

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS

 

• Nurture  and Nourish Family Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel any Retreat(s) / Program(s). Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice to those who have enrolled when a Retreat or program is cancelled. Those enrolled will be given a full refund.
