One of the most appealing things about going on a retreat is not having to cook! Be pampered by the chefs with breakfasts, lunches and dinners all included. Our diet will be healthy, delicious, Sattvic vegetarian cuisine, with no onion, garlic, egg or seafood. Most food will be gluten and dairy free, and all allergies/intolerances can be catered for. 

 

A typical menu might look like this:

 

BREAKFAST:  Fresh cut fruit, sourdough breads (including gluten free), cereals; preserves, herbal and normal teas and plunger coffees;

 

LUNCH:  Two different types of fresh salads (such as a Greek salad and a quinoa, walnut, rocket and sweet potato salad); as well as one hot dish such as Mexican beans or falafels with dips;

 

DINNER:  Vegetable lasagne (gluten and dairy free) served with baked vegetables and salads
