                                        In this fun class you will practice some partner stretches,

                                        and then in pairs give and receive a Thai Yoga Massage

1.30- 3pm                  Men’s Sharing Circle        

                                Topic: “Self-care for Fathers”   {Mal}

 

3.30 – 5pm                 Kirtan music with the enCHANTed band,

                                 kids welcome!

6.30 – 7.30pm            5 Rhythms guided dance meditation {Lila}

                                       An intense, free-for-all dance workout, followed by a relaxing guided meditation.

                                       Bring your own cushions to lie on, and relax in the shala with a movie [to be decided]. The projection is huge                                        so it will be almost as good as being at the cinema!

Kirtan is the main practice of Bhakti Yoga and involves mantra meditation to music. All are invited to bring instruments to play along too. It will be a fun and noisy session that the kids will love! Lila and Mal's band enCHANTed will be joining us for this uplifting session.
